1. Use of Website

2. Product Information & Authenticity

We strive to ensure that all information and images of amulets listed are accurate and based on collector knowledge, public sources, and traditional beliefs. However, due to the nature of amulet collecting, all information is provided for reference purposes only and does not constitute authentication or legal verification.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the descriptions provided. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before making a purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is to be made through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue listings, or revise availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days upon successful payment.
• Shipping is available locally and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• We are not liable for delays, customs duties, taxes, or lost packages caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Buddha statue and amulet comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, valid from the date of payment or from the date you receive the amulet by delivery — whichever is later. Within this 7-day window, you may return the amulet for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original condition.

5.2 Returns After 7 Days

If you wish to return the amulet after the 7-day satisfaction window has passed, the shop will either:

• Deduct 30% from the original purchase price as a restocking fee, or
• Buy the amulet back at the current market price at the time of return.

5.3 Condition Requirement

In all cases, the returned amulet must be in its original condition — without damage, breakage, chipping, or any alteration to its surface. Amulets showing signs of wear, polishing, or modification beyond ordinary handling are not eligible for return.

5.4 Description Mismatch

If the item received is materially different from its stated description, a full refund will be issued. Such claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt and accompanied by supporting evidence.

5.5 Certification-Based Refund

If the amulet cannot be certified by any of the following recognized bodies — Samakom, Thaprachan, G-Pra, or Standard Amulet — and the purchase was made within the last 3 months, we will offer a 100% refund upon return of the item in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads — is the property of Thai Amulets Collection and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any content may violate intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thai Amulets Collection shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee any spiritual or metaphysical outcomes associated with the use of amulets sold on this site.
