Wat Pailom is renowned for its spiritual heritage, particularly due to the contributions of Luang Phor Poon, who was celebrated for creating powerful amulets, including those featuring Khun Paen and Kumanthong. After his passing in BE 2548 (2005), Luang Phor Namfon, a close disciple, assumed the role of abbot and continued the tradition of crafting sacred amulets.

In BE 2553, Luang Phor Namfon led the consecration of the Phra Khun Paen Lang Kumanthong amulet. This amulet features the image of Khun Paen on the front and Kumanthong on the reverse, symbolizing protection and prosperity.
